Be a core engineer in a high-impact AI and Data consultancy firm. As a pivotal member of our team, you will work closely with our lead engineer, contributing to innovative solutions for our diverse clientele, ranging from established corporations in the U.S. to budding startups worldwide.
You'll have the opportunity to work on projects in businesses ranging from Retail, Medical, Finance, Logistics and Ed-Tech.

General Responsibilities
- Develop, construct, test and maintain highly scalable software systems.
- Build high-performance algorithms, predictive models, and prototypes.
- Develop ETL processes and workflows using tools such as Airflow and Spark.
- Work closely with our lead engineer to architect and implement best-in-class AI solutions.
- Engage in machine learning project lifecycle components, including data analysis, feature engineering, model training, validation, and deployment.
- Implement measures to improve data reliability, efficiency, and quality.
- Work with other engineers and data scientists to design and implement new ML models and data systems.
- Optional: Collaborate with our clients to navigate ambiguity and clarify requirements.
- Be mindful about data integrity, privacy and security.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Python.
- Proven experience in ETL design, implementation, and maintenance.
- Machine learning knowledge: Experience with ML frameworks in Python (like LangChain Keras, PyTorch or scikit-learn), and understanding of ML concepts: models (classical ML, NLP & LLMs, etc.), model training, metrics and monitoring.
- Knowledge of SQL and database management.
- Knowledge of one or more Cloud platforms (GCloud, AWS or Azure)
- Familiarity with data architecture, including data ingestion, data transformation, metadata management, data warehouse.
- Engineering experience: minimum 2 years
